About the presenter:
Lee H. Aycoth brings over 15 years experience in the training industry. Ms. Aycoth directs Learning and Professional Services at Aptera, Inc., building the consulting practice and processes there to offer experienced learning professionals in a blended onshore / offshore model. In past roles, Aycoth has directed training at a call center, consulted for a large firm serving well-known financial institutions all over the US, and started a technical training department serving the cable and satellite TV industry.
