Join us for the monthly CAMP Philly Power Hour on Thursday, July 30th at Cafe Mocha in Center City.

The Power Hour is a monthly casual networking event where you can check on some familiar faces and meet some new ones over coffee and refreshments. The event is held on the last Thursday of every month (unless previously notified or a public holiday) so mark your calendars now! The event is free and all are welcome to join us for just five minutes or stay for hours.

This month our special guest is Iftekhar Hussain.

Iftekhar is the Chair of the Council on American-Islamic Relations Pennsylvania (CAIR-PA) Board of Directors and a member of the Executive Committee of CAIR-PA Philadelphia Chapter. He is engaged in local interfaith educational initiatives with a focus on 'Islam and the Middle East' and 'US Foreign Policy and the Muslim world'.

Iftekhar will speak about his journey to civic engagement, the lessons he has learned from the interfaith dialogues he has conducted, the challenges Muslim Americans face today and the important role that Muslim American professionals can play in overcoming some of these challenges.
