Business Design Meets Digital Design:

This is a discussion about the intersection of interaction and business design. Drawing on examples from IDEO’s past work as well as inspirational stories elsewhere in the world, we will consider the question of how interaction and business designers approach problems, how the relationship between the two disciplines has changed, and how collaboration can lead to rich user experiences and business solutions.

Duane Bray is a partner at IDEO. Duane heads the firm’s global Digital Experiences practice, with a focus on new media and entertainment. Duane joined IDEO in 1995 to lead and develop the discipline of interaction design, now one of the firm’s most sought-after capabilities.
