October 14th marks the kick off of the Leadership Delaware County program, which meets the first and third Wednesday of each month through April. Coffee and networking begin at 7:30 AM and the sessions begin at 8.

WHAT IS LEADERSHIP DELAWARE COUNTY?
LDC is a partnership in conjunction with the Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber.

LDC is a program that is an opportunity for you, the employer, to:
• Invest in your employees development
• Bring yourself or your employees up to speed on economic, political, demographic and technological issues in Delaware County and the Region
• Develop leadership qualities in your employee base
• Enhance your company’s image in the community

It gives you, the employee an opportunity for:
• Volunteer leadership development
• Basic business and nonprofit management training
• Networking with other companies’ employees
• Expand team building skills through community service projects
