Ford R. Myers is President of Career Potential, LLC, where he helps clients take charge of their careers, create the work they love, and earn what they deserve! Ford has held senior consulting positions at three of the nation’s largest career service firms. He is widely published and a frequent speaker on television and radio programs across the country. He is also the author of two books: Get The Job You Want, Even When No One’s Hiring and The Ultimate Career Guide.
Jeffrey O. Boily, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of BioWizard, Inc., has 30 years of experience in global pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, drug delivery and medical informatics. He began his career as a sales representative at Lederle and progressed through the sales and marketing ranks before moving to Abbott Laboratories. He has since served as part of executive management for Ross Laboratories, Wyeth, Scotia Holdings, PLC (a major UK biotechnology firm), and Rogers Medical Intelligence Solutions.
Ed Seguine has spent the last 10 years as a senior executive and investor in a number of life science technology companies as well as big pharma. As the CEO of Fast Track, he refocused the company and engineered the successful merger with Medidata Solutions where he was a division General Manager until shortly before their June IPO. He previously was one of the founders of Eli Lilly’s technology and biotech venture capital groups – e.Lilly and Lilly Ventures. Most recently he founded Gordian Technology to provide consulting services to life sciences companies, technology providers, and venture investors.
Ray Stevens is a Principal at High Pass Partners, which provides business advisory services to life sciences companies. Ray began in business development within Glaxo SmithKline, then successfully transitioned into Clinical IT.
Tom Kaney is a Managing Partner at McKnight, Kaney, and Breuer, a management consulting firm. Tom has been SVP Human Resources for Medarex, Inc., SVP Human Resources for GlaxoSmithKline NA, a Principal consultant and performance management practice leader with The Hay Group, and a leader in HR at Subaru of America.
