Panelists will share perspectives on:

* Mediation: a neutral professional, selected by the parties, facilitates the parties' negotiation of a B2B settlement.
* Arbitration: an arbitrator, with specialized expertise, selected by the parties, decides the B2B dispute on a final basis.
* Litigation: A judge or jury, usually without specialized expertise, bound by formal procedural rules, decides the B2B dispute in a public arena, subject to multiple levels of appeal.
