Creating a Company of Business People Through Open Book Management
Thursday, October 29 2009 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Presented by:
Frequently, small to mid-sized business ownership has been limited to relatively few people. In privately-held companies, it’s usually limited to a single person and/or to a family. Business owners ask themselves, “How do I get my employees to care about my business as much as I do?” Employees ask themselves, "What's in it for me?" These are legitimate questions to ask. Given the increasingly greater impact of globalization, the information revolution, and "entrepreneuralization," companies must find new and better ways to answer these questions.
